The winter in much of the US was colder than normal. In Toledo however, we were just slightly above average by 0.33 degrees F.

Amazing Snow Strom in Mid-Atlantic
Well, the snow storm in Washington, DC turned out pretty much as advertised. This really shows how good the weather forecast models are getting. Snow totals were up to 40 inches in Colesville, Maryland just north of DC. Baltimore had its 3rd highest snowfall on record with 28.4 inches.
